Rental Terms & Conditions
The simple, fair terms that apply when you rent a self-drive car from Parshwa Rentals.

1.Eligibility & documents
To rent a self-drive car you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Indian driving licence that has been valid for at least one year.
- A valid driving licence (original, not a learner's permit).
- One government photo ID — Aadhaar, Passport or Voter ID.
- A refundable security deposit, collected at handover.
2.Bookings & pricing
Our rates are transparent, per-day prices. The price shown at booking is what you pay for the rental — fuel is extra and any applicable kilometre limits are clearly communicated before you confirm.
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it over WhatsApp, phone or email. We may request an advance to hold the vehicle for your dates.
3.Use of the vehicle
The car may only be driven by the person named on the booking, or an additional driver we have approved in writing.
- Use the car lawfully and responsibly; no racing, off-roading or overloading.
- No sub-letting, re-renting or use for commercial passenger transport.
- No smoking inside the vehicle; return it in a reasonably clean condition.
- Return the car with the same fuel level it was given with.
4.Fuel, tolls & fines
Fuel is the renter's responsibility. Tolls, parking charges, traffic fines and challans incurred during the rental period are payable by the renter and may be adjusted against the security deposit if received later.
5.Insurance, damage & accidents
Every car is insured. In case of an accident or damage, inform us immediately and file a police report where required. The renter is responsible for the applicable insurance excess/deductible and for any damage not covered by the policy. Any such amount may be adjusted against the security deposit.
6.Breakdown & support
Our support line is available 24×7. In case of a breakdown we arrange roadside assistance and, where needed and available, a replacement vehicle so your trip can continue.
7.Liability
Parshwa Rentals is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle or for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or vehicle unavailability, to the extent permitted by law.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
